Permitted Payments:
Before the tenancy starts (payable to H&H King, ‘the Agent’)
Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent
Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent, or 6 weeks’ if annual rent is over £50k
Pets: If pets are considered, a new monthly rent will be negotiated in excess of advertised price

During the tenancy (payable to the Agent):
Payment of £50 inc VAT if you want to amend the tenancy agreement
Payment of £100 inc VAT for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices/being locked out of a managed rental property, and a member of the team attending call out
Payment of the total contractors invoice for replacement keys should tenant lose keys and no further keys are held by the office and/or landlord
Payment of the total contractors invoice for attending call out to lack of heating and/or hot water at property where pre-payment cards have run out of credit

During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable:
Utilities – gas, electricity, water, oil
Communications – telephone and broadband
Installation and subscription of cable/satellite
Television licence
Council Tax
Contents Insurance

Other permitted payments:
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
